Weekly Healing Movement
Through the practice of chi gong (qigong, qi gong, or chi kung) we employ a range of coordinated body positions, movements mindfulness, and breathing. This practice can be used to help reduce pain, build stamina and strength with ease and fluidity. All levels are welcome to join.
