Cultivating Breath



Through the practice of chi gong (qigong, qi gong, or chi kung) we employ a range of coordinated body positions, movements, mindfulness, and breathing. This practice can be used to help reduce pain, build stamina and strength with ease and fluidity.

Weekly Healing Movement Class
